Consultation

During your consultation, a full discussion of the proposed treatment, its benefits, potential risks, and expected outcomes will take place, alongside a comprehensive clinical assessment of suitability. Our medical practitioners exercise independent clinical judgement and reserve the right to decline or defer treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate or not in the client’s best interests. This approach is taken to prioritise patient safety and uphold best medical practice. While every effort is made to achieve optimal results, individual responses to treatment may vary and, for this reason, refunds cannot be offered where expected outcomes are not achieved.

Consultation Fee

A consultation fee of £150 applies for appointments with a doctor and £100 for appointments with a nurse in London. In Buckinghamshire, consultations with a nurse are £75.

This fee is fully redeemable against any treatment carried out on the day of the consultation or within two weeks of the appointment.

Cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Consent

All clients are required to complete a consent form prior to treatment, which includes a comprehensive medical questionnaire relevant to the treatment being undertaken. It is the client’s responsibility to provide full and accurate information, such as medication taken and medical conditions (including pregnancy and breastfeeding). Failure to disclose relevant medical history or to answer questions honestly may compromise treatment safety and could result in suboptimal clinical outcomes following treatment.

Treatment Courses

All treatment courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To ensure you achieve the best possible results, we kindly ask that you follow the appointment schedule recommended by your practitioner. Attending treatments as advised is important, as delays or missed sessions may affect the overall outcome.

Treatment Prices

We reserve the right to adjust treatment prices at any time without prior notice. This ensures our pricing remains in line with industry standards and reflects the quality, safety, and expertise provided in all our treatments.

Under 18 Policy

We are committed to providing safe, responsible, and professional care. In accordance with UK law, it is illegal to administer certain aesthetic treatments to individuals under the age of 18, and we therefore do not offer treatments to anyone under 18 under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification prior to commencing any treatment to verify age and identity. Additionally, our practitioners maintain full clinical discretion and reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment if, in their professional judgment, it is not suitable or in the best interests of the client’s health, safety, or wellbeing.
